Entrapass Special Edition access control system.

Single access door with proximity card reader, which can be expanded to 128 doors. Controlled with Special Edition access software.

External or internal door fitted with monitored magnetic lock.

 

 

Proximity access reader, supplied with 20 cards.

Fitted to allow authorised entry through door.

Exit switch fitted to allow exit out of door.

Automatic detector can be fitted to unlock door and allow exit or internal card reader which will give logged entry & exit, at additional cost.

 

Emergency break glass unit, designed to unlock door when glass broken, fitted to allow emergency exit out of door.

Door access control unit, gives reliable control of door operation, with back up battery and connection to PC software.

Special Edition Software.

Design for use with wide range of proximity card readers, magnetic swipe card readers, bar code readers and hand held radio transmitters. Existing site card readers can often be connected to an upgraded system.

Designed for installations of up to 128 card readers, Entrapass bundles all the basic functions of access control in an easy to learn and understand structure. The learning time is reduced to a minimum! Familiar Windows screens are intuitive; on-line context sensitive help is always available.

Unlimited card users can be defined in the system. Each card user is assigned an access level that will allow entry at selected doors, according to pre-defined schedules. Entrapass can also activate relays based upon specific door events. All events are recorded by the system for future review.

Creating a card user is easy. Type in the card number, the name, an access level and set the card status to valid and you are done!

The screen also provides 10 user definable descriptions that can be used to filter reports.

A second page contains validity dates of the card and other optional operational information.

An ID photograph can be imported and easily added to a badge lay out and printed directly to the user access card.
