The TTM6000 Automatic raise arm
barrier, entirely designed and manufactured in the UK, offers supreme
reliability within an incredibly versatile traffic management solution.
Constructed from high quality steel
with an aluminium arm, the TTM6000 is designed to accommodate any
road width from 3 to 6 metres. (TTM9000 will span up to 9 metres).
Operating in a highly demanding
niche of vehicle parking facilitation, the TTM6000 provides smooth
consistent performance through its robust motor and gearbox drive and
conforms fully to BS6571.
The TTM6000 is also fitted with a
durable pole arm adaptor to ensure no internal mechanical damage
occurs should a vehicle collide with the barrier arm.
Access control options include;
automatic number plate recognition, proximity card reader, swipe card
reader, in vehicle operated radio key fob, token reader, push buttons
and remote operation via CCTV connected to LAN WAN i.e. control
barrier access from anywhere via the internet, the barrier can also
be integrated to existing security systems
To ensure barrier operation and
safety subsurface road induction loops are fitted, to prevent the
barrier arm from closing on vehicles and to provide free exit or
entry through barriers where required
.Features include; adjustable
barrier arm speed from 1.2 seconds to 6 seconds, barrier is powdered
coated to the colour you require, heavy duty gearbox driven through a
3 phase inverter to give a smooth barrier arm operation, programmable
logic controller fitted as standard can be used for special control requirements.
Barrier requires 240Vac single
phase supply and is fitted with emergency manual override unit in the
event of power loss.

The rising barrier BL 33 & BL
53 accommodates high security control of access which requires a
reinforced arm capable of resisting extreme external pressure,
combined with a barrier arm magnetic end lock, it will give a very
secure vandal resistant barrier.
Automatic Obstructer Bollard
The TTM7000 Hydraulic Rising
Obstructer bollard, entirely designed and manufactured in the UK, is
a new concept in provision of security for vehicles and protection
for both residential and commercial applications.
A one-piece installation with
electrical connection to a 240vAC 13amp supply via a PLC logic board
enables efficient application of superior access control systems and
solutions across a wide spectrum of services.
Pedestrian safety is ensured via
Hydraulic pressure controls incorporated in the TTM7000 design, while
safety/close inductive loops offer vehicle safety when installed in
conjunction with traffic signals. A manual release valve enables the
post to be lowered manually in the event of a power loss.
Easily maintained , the TTM7000 is
fitted with a location tube, allowing the post itself to be removed
for maintenance and servicing.
The TTM7000 lowers to a flat flush
finish with the road surface making it easy to fit to uneven surfaces
or rising slopes.

Revenue Collection
Ticket & cash machines.
Barrier systems can be designed for
revenue collection, either directly though coin slot machine, or via
a card reader system. Cards, key fobs or hand held radio transmitters
can be programmed to allow user to enter or exit car park
at pre-deified times and dates.
Example one.
Car park access could be sold
as, Monday through to Friday between 8 am and 18:30 PM for one
year, this is ideal for commuters if your parking is near a station
or industrial area etc, you could then allow access during other
times to users with cards programmed for weekends or evenings.
This system helps to fully utilise your car park, ie club car parks
tend to be empty during the day, and are often used for free by
shoppers or commuters.
Example two.
Car park access cards can be sold
or issued to allow user to exit the car park once, the card is pushed
into slot machine to open the barrier, the cards can then be
retrieved and re-sold. This is ideal for supermarkets and public
house car parks etc where you require only your patrons to use the
parking facilities.

TTM Micro processor controls
(Licensed
Plate Recognition) system uses Neural Networks technology, a special
artificial intelligence method to identify vehicles by their license plates.
The LPR system uses CCTV cameras to
capture images of the vehicle number plate. For example, when a
vehicle approaches the gate, the LPR software "reads" the
license plate, signals to the parking gate, and keeps a time record
on the entry or exit of the car park. LPR can be used in parking
management, stolen car search, traffic monitoring, etc.
